What are your operating hours?

Our team is busy working hard assembling products, fulfilling orders, brainstorming new product ideas, and answering your questions Monday through Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm WIB. We do not ship any orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

What payment methods do you accept?

At this time we accept payments via wire transfer which can be done electronically. Once payment has been made, please confirm your order here. Payments are to be made shortly after an order notification has been sent to your email. Orders automatically expire after and product will be subject to availability.

Do you accept commissions?

What happens if an item I want is out of stock or sold out?

While we do our best to keep all items in stock, there may be instances when an item is unavailable. In this case, please email us about your interest in the item(s) and we’ll notify you by email if and when the item expected to be back in stock.

Can I return, cancel, or exchange my order?

All prices and sales are final. Each work is made to order and we do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please be sure to read the description provided carefully before ordering.
